Workspace Isolation
Your data belongs to your workspace — whether you run a business, manage properties, or organize records. Information from one workspace is never accessible to another. Each workspace operates in its own secure environment, so your data stays yours.
Roles & Permissions
You control who can access your workspace. Invite team members and assign roles — Admin, Manager, or Viewer — to grant the right level of access. Only authorized members can view or manage your business data, and you can remove access at any time.
Audit Logging
Important actions within your workspace are recorded to help maintain accountability. You can view recent activity on your dashboard, including who made changes and when. This helps you stay informed about what's happening in your workspace.
Secure Authentication
Your account is protected by secure password requirements and optional sign-in options. We verify account ownership before allowing password changes, and you can manage active sessions from your security settings to stay in control.
Data Ownership
You own your data. Your business records, customer information, product listings, and property details belong to your workspace. Platform administrators cannot arbitrarily edit or alter your data, and administrative access is governed by platform policies and audit logging.
Continuous Improvements
We regularly review and improve our security practices to protect your information. Updates are applied to the platform to address emerging threats and maintain a safe environment for all users.
